LSU has missed out on its last two desired HC and now DC. Not saying they were right hires but they were the programs first options and they missed. I understand we are going after top talent/ high priority guys but we are losing every time as of recent.
We have to go after guys we can get. At the moment we are not a top tier coaching destination. I said in another thread hire young innovative unproven guys or has beens. I prefer option one.

I think Peetz and Mangus are those hires. I would like to see us get the guy that O coached at USC who is on the Saints staff.

Would you want a coach at LSU that he and his spouse were miserable.
