I have a source who told me that he allegedly felt that JJ was trying to kill a mosquito that was on the Marine's head. However I will not disclose the name or location on my source because I might be sued and forced to reveal his/her identity. I will take a lie detector test if you bet me one million dollars that I am lying.

another assumption is that the kick of the guy on the ground is what caused the vertebral fractures. For all we know the guy that allegedly got kicked on the ground isn't even the "victim" with vertebral fractures.
