JL will carry this team with his Favre-esque capabilities (high risk/reward) and a release quicker than shite. New Orleans is still in plain sight...

I see a huge year, followed up by a 3rd Round selection in the 2012 Draft.

I'm saving this for the end of the season.

I'm trying to figure out why you think the pressure will be off.

Interesting Analysis by Chris Low on ESPN

He's basically in agreement.

From what we've all witnessed over the years with this offense, the offense was square peg/round hole. JJ, even with his issues, brought a huge advantage from a QB perspective with his running abilities. The problem, as we all know, was that the WRs wanted the rock.....JL, with this OL, will indeed give them that rock and the pro style offense we've all wanted to see, will indeed shine now.

JMO, but I bet are good buddy DMitch is excited.

I hope he does shine, but like JJ Lee also has his flaws. Biggest issue with Lee is throwing off of his back foot even when he doesn't have pressure. Like David Carr....

Hope he was able to work on that with Krags though.

i hope you are right but i'm not sold at all. JL is hot and cold and his cold has included throwing the ball before he gets hit regardless of the WR being open or not. has resulted in drive and game killing interceptions. i am hopeful that he has learned to throw the ball away but not that optimistic about it. i think we are going to struggle this year because of that.

I'm looking forward to seeing what Lee can do with another shot at being the starter. He can actually throw a football, which will be a change

Agreed. We all know he has a cannon for an arm and a quick release. I just hope his decision making and defense reading skills are up to par.

While he may have matured and gotten better...so have the defenses he will face.

Sure, JJ is much faster and a better running QB but don't be surprised if JL takes off a few times throughout the year.
