They're important right now, but I do think LSU will improve dramatically between now and the SEC tourney.

At the team meeting after this series, Coach will be emphasizing something other than the W/L record right now, so, he agrees with me.

I would not characterize the loss vs. ULL as "disgusting."
You could say that it was surprising and disappointing, but, disgusting is too strong a word.
LSU is a young team that is still trying to find its way. They have GOT to make sure that they continue to improve as individuals and as a team. They can't do this if they let severe criticism and bashing get in their heads.

But, right NOW, the W/L record is not the most important thing for this team and this great Coach to focus on right NOW.
Right now, they need to focus on getting better as individuals and as a team. The Wins will then follow.
