Double his pay and sign him for 10 years. I'm enjoying this team and I try not to look too far ahead but I'm so scared he won't be here long.

Love hearing this guy talk. So refreshing hearing a coach that can regurgitate stats and points of emphasis about the game. I’m behind coach O, but I can cringe sometimes when he interviews. Wade is on a totally different level. I hope we have him for many years to come.

Just watched his first press conference when he got the job, he pretty much promised he would add to the sec championships, ncaa tournaments and final fours. So he will be here at least until he gets us to the final four.

And yes his confidence, detail oriented style, and vision is refreshing. Very few coaches have that. He is special.

Night and day compared to O and Miles pressers.

Wade is a very analytical coach. He throws a smile or a joke in when he should, but that guy understands the intricacies of what he is doing. As long as we do not get in any trouble with the NCAA while he is here and Alleva keeps him fat and happy, this is going to be the beginning of a nice run for LSU basketball.

Hugely successful college coaches rarely leave the school they are at unless there is friction with the administration, trying the NBA, or they are coming home. I guarantee you Mark Few gets one of the first calls whenever a job comes open, and he's been at Gonzaga for 75 yrs. As long as Alleva takes care of Wade and stays out of his way (something I'm positive Joe learned at Duke), we should have Coach Wade for a nice run.
