Miles said it best when he said that this was the "cathedral of college football and I could not think of any other place I would want to be"!

I don't think stadium size has anything to do with it, other than game day revenue. Its the presence of spirit, competition, the bands, and corn dogs, lol. Its the want to represent your school colors.

They need to do something about the traffic issues first.

all the contra flow and traffic planning won't be able to fix the shitty drivers and lack of preparation on the part of the "fan"

Georgia 2003 and Florida 2007 will never be back unless those people stop buying ticket and let the real fans buy them so they will actually cheer and make it a better experience like it use too

Are you saying 'rich' people only started buying after 2008 and the before mentioned games they did not attend.

Seriously?

I would LOVE to see that kind of expansion, but I would definitely like to see improvements to the lower bowl areas, primarily concessions and restrooms, and any other improvemnts they could make to the original stadium section first.

Also, they could take the Old Alex Box lot, build a 3 to 5 story parking garage, and save the top level for RV and tailgaters. That would help parking... maybe not traffic necessarily, but thousands of fans would have a shorter walk.

Why? That would just make Les feel like he was at Michigan. Oh wait, they leave in the 2nd quarter.

This

I've never seen this happen against Alabama,
Florida, Auburn, Tennessee, Georgia, Arkansas,
Virginia Tech, Oregon State, Arizona, West Va, South Carolina, etc.
I have seen some people leave early against Vandy, Ole Miss ('08), Miss. State, and
all the small schools.

But when has a televised LSU game had droves of people leave in the 3rd quarter? And how many times in the Miles era has this happened?
Maybe Ole Miss and Georiga in '08.

My point is, the games where some LSU fans would potentially be leaving early (North Texas, Arkansas State, Middle Tennessee, USL, etc.) are """"NOT ON TELEVISION."""""
The Big SEC Games and Big Non-Conference games are SRO till the final gun....

We had the game won. WVU didn't really have a chance at winning by the time the 4th quarter came.

maybe you should experience a football game at any other venue in the country. Every NFL and college teams have plenty of people leave early.

every crowd aint gonna be like UF in '07, rantards.

People who complain about parking, where do you park? We park by the Cow Palace and by the time we get to the car, there is a little traffic but not gridlock. To me miserable traffic is driving into New Orleans before the Super Bowl parade.
