I believe if he is still recovering he should sit and not risk getting hurt in an exhibition game. With that being said if he is 100% heathy he should play.
IMO he will play for his teammates heathy or not.

No bowl game action, he's done in purple and gold...I'd like to see the L.A. Rams deal Gurley for a couple of high round draft picks after they take Fournette to replace him and use them to build a bad-as offensive line.
