Situation is fluid.
I kid i kid. I'm assuming it will be a mix bag, may give some the opportunity to work through the bowl game. Others may have opportunities and leave before the bowl game.

Not sure how long the staff interview process takes, but I am sure he has let anyone that he knows won't be retained aware of their future so they can start planning. And as long as a bowl game is an option, there is no reason for them to leave without another job lined up
