CPM will coach at LSU as long as he keeps us playing at a high level. He doesn't have to win the NC. Think about how many teams in the country Wish they were as successful as this 2013 team was. It was a record breaking year. Congrats to CPM and the entire LSU team for a great year.

No, he accomplished what he set out to accomplish, get the Seniors to Omaha. That's what the team seemed to care about.

Wow. Under achieved? Really? He won the most games by any LSU coach in one season. He's the 2 time National Coach Of The Year. What do you think he should do, win the NC every other year? Skip set the bar high. PM ain't goin nowhere. Please STFU. Stupid post.

he would be on the hot seat if we absolutely fall apart when we should have another strong championship caliber team. I don't see that happening

No and no way he should be. He's a great coach that lead us to a record season. We finished with a top 8 team in the country.

You could say that. I'd say it's more just people who don't know a single goddamn thing about baseball (particularly college baseball) and get pissed beyond all consolation when LSU doesn't win the National Title every year.
