Short arms make you susceptible to a bull rush. You want an OT that can lock out and prevent a DE from being able to manipulate the point of contact. The difference with WC's measurement is so minuscule that I doubt it will affect his play, but he will slip. I've seen a few projections that have him in the early teens now.
