100% it will. From the looks of the other retiree numbers, it may take a while. Always a weird thing to retire a number as a person is still playing the sport. At any level. In my opinion, you wait until that person is retired from the sport fully. I doubt Joe ever does something so bad that it shines a negative light on the school, but it's strange when that does happen and the school has to cover it or take it down.
