It was my impression that JJ not playing against La tech was to ensure that they can have him for Ole Miss.
Not that his injury made him incapable of playing...it was a case of why take the risk.

I would be very surprised if JJ plays against Ole Miss. And if he does, don't look for the version that runs well.

IF JJ sees the field, he will be greatly hindered. The earliest he is truly available is Arky.

is there any kind of link to this? not trying to be a prick but i have heard from many people that he is pretty much out but nobody has anything but hearsay

You're not going to find any link because Miles won't disclose such information.
JJ was not moving around very well Saturday in pregame warmups. He was in street clothes by the 2nd half. If he was able to go as Miles suggested earlier in the week, he would have been in the game instead of Lee in the 2nd half to secure the win.

i figured this, i mean miles never discloses anything when it comes to injuries. im kinda shocked scott isnt probable on the injury report. but yea i noticed JJ in street clothes, personally dont see him making it out there at Ole Miss. Hopefully Lee will gain more chemistry with the wr this week at practice and lead us to victory.. Geaux to hell ole miss

JJ dressed for the Tech game then went and changed into street clothes when the game started. He was even jogging around with a slight limp before the game. I seriously doubt that he doesn't play Sat. Ankle injuries can get better pretty quickly. I would say he will be sore saturday, but he will be fine.
