While the entity is an LLC, for tax purposes, it can be a Partnership or S-Corp. It could even be a C-Corp., but that would not be very wise. For tax and estate purposes, this arrangement makes a lot of sense.

Power, ego. Especially with a meathead that has low Emotional Intelligence. This is a 50 something yr old man that gets a self-absorbed feeling of power by running with his shirt off on high trafficked roadways and starts fights at camps like a juvenile adolescent.
