I am not a talent evaluator, but isn't Diarse a very physical, talented athlete who played some DB in high school? If we get two or more of the receivers on the board, would it be worth a shot?

He's a shifty possession receiver. I don't think he has the speed to play safety, but he has great instincts so maybe.

He's probably the most jarvis like receiver on the roster next year though. Surprised we have not seen him this year.

Why not Avery Peterson? He has the bloodline for it and He's got the size. I think that if either of these were a good idea that it would have been done already.

High ankle sprain in the beginning of fall practice so he got the red shirt.

He can play safety. He had more ints than anyone on his high school team (including Hootie) last year & played very sparingly on defense.

Diarse should make a name for himself on special teams when given the chance. Jarvis made a name for himself that way his freshman year on kickoffs.
