In response to Zaxbys being restaurant of the SEC and that's why we're locked in with Aramark.
Don't get it. I see no affiliation with Zaxbys and Aramark.

Alex box would work. No infrastructure at TS. Needs vent hoods to have fryers. Very few at TS and all on south side which can not handle more capacity. Very expensive to add hood through out. Have to cook far from stands, transport multiple times during the game. Very chaotic/slow and hard to move around TS with food during game. Product quality and food temp suffers.

They don't want anybody that has ever eaten Whataburger's big, juicy, crispy and tender chicken strips to eat any of their dried out tiny pieces of leather and tell everybody on the internet. It would be a disaster.

Local vendors would be great, but LSU is all in on Aramark with their crappy food and worse service.
