That Miles has done more for LSU football than Saban did is an indisputable fact. This makes a lot of sidewalk fans uncomfortable.

Now we will probably beat Notre Dame and finish 9-4 and Top 20 and pumpers will say see how good we did in a down year. However we will begin the year with the same situation, our talented QB with no experience and a mediocre QB firmly implanted as the starter. Back to square one, and regardless of Miles, Jennings at QB is good for a couple of losse
Right because our young players never get better.this sounds just like 2010. You have no idea what next year holds. Neither do i. But i look at a glass half full. We have 2 good recruiting classes that are about to be juniors and seniors.

Exactly. They tout Saban's 2001 sec title and blast Miles for going 10-3 last year. Its laughable.

Yeah genius "we", my Dad actually played football at LSU and won multiple SEC titles. My grandparents went there, parents went there, I went there, and have a younger sister there now on scholarship from the Charlie Mac Fnd and another sister on her way there in a couple of years. So yeah "we".
All the money my family has invested in LSU it's ok for me to have concerns about the QB and offense.

All our players will get better but based on his performance, Jennigs has actually digressed in the two years he has been here. Without a decer QB how can we win championships?

So that LSU doesn't waste your money, who should LSU hire?

They can keep Miles if need be, but he has to let go of the Xs and Os part, and he really needs to stop with the ego thing. Let Cam coach the offense and make the personnel decisions. And if Cam sucks fire him and get a new coordinator. But I have a feeling based on evidence from his tenure here that it's Miles and not the OC.

Like having top 5 win % in the entire history of sec coaches? Like having the best ooc win % in the entire history of sec coaches?
That type of excellence? Do you reach excellence when you cook fries just right at work?

Odd that you say that because I read on here that Les is clueless about X's and O's.

What are your requirements for an LSU offense? What formations, plays, etc do you prefer?

You are saying that last year's performance with 2/1,000 yard receivers and 1/1,000 yard runner was insufficient? Three of each?
Finally since you don't seem to be solid on Miles staying, who?

saban helped put us on the right track and made the lsu administration invest in facilities and for that i will always be thankful but Saban wasnt as successful at lsu as Miles has been. Lsu has 11 10 win seasons in over 50 years, MILES HAS 7 OF THEM.
We should go after Gundy then right?

Because he was lighting the SEC on fire last year?

1. Cam coordinates the offense
2. Chavis coordinates the defense
3. Miles controls both

Did you have a problem with the X and O part last season as well or are you one of the clowns who think when the offense works it's because of the OC and when it doesn't it's because of Les?

based on evidence

The evidence is Cam will be paid $1.5 million by LSU this year and if you think he makes that for not making decisions or coaching the offense you are nuts and naïve.

And yet with all that offensive production we went 10-3 and won the Outback bowl. So our greatest offense=outback bowl?
I don't care if we run the wishbone or "fun n gun" or west coast, we have to score points and move the football. 7pts won't beat Auburn, 13pts couldn't beat Bama, and 0 pts definitely didn't beat Arkansas, and 10pts barely held off Ole Miss. Not to mention the 15pts the Jennings offense got us against Moo St.

We all want better for LSU football. We don't mediocrity like the other asshat said.
But to continually bash coaches, players and fans has a negative effect on recruiting, even though you geniuses here say it doesn't.
Team needs positive vibes and motivation.
Recruits need to see that this is the place they want to play.
Bad mouthing the team every other posts doesn't help the team get better. not one bit.
It only takes away from what the team is trying to build.
If you merry rantards can't understand that, then there's no more reason to try to explain it.
