Again, miles doesn't coach in an sec west were 3 losses wins the west. Like i said, saban is touted for 2001 (3 losses) and Miles is bashed for 2013(3 losses).

so 4-4 in the sec & he's done his job. wow

Finishing ranked in the top 20 while starting the 2nd most true freshman in the sec, is a good season.

That is very true, however we still are in no position to have an effective QB. We have a talented one on the bench that we never give reps too. Point is we are in the same position as the start of last season Minus the veteran OLine.

You can't be that ignorant can you? Are you a casual fan who enjoys the games and hopes we win but it's no big deal? If so you may be out of place on a message board for hardcore and over the top Tiger fans.

Miles has a problem projecting talent at the qb position. Im hoping Cam helps out with this. I know Jennings played horrible this year but Cam is a good qb coach.

How do you know exactly HOW talented he is? I know that there has been much written about his high school career, but what about now?
Unless one has been to practices, meetings, etc, it's impossible to know how ready he is to play. Assuming he is fantastic isn't always correct.

If he is so superior to the guy playing, what could be the motive of the coaching staff for not putting him in?

You are rejecting out of hand the real possibility of improvement in the next few months.

Casual fan or mature fan? I used to get all worked up over the Tigers when they lost, but then I got married, had kids, and basically discovered there were more important things in life than whether a bunch of 18-22 year olds wearing Purple and Gold performed the way I wanted them to. I still watch the games every weekend and get pissed when they lose, but when it's over, it's over.

Take it for what its worth but my cousin is close friends with one of our qbs and they said BHarris is by far the most talented but he doesnt know everyone's job while in at qb. Hopefully he studies his arse off this spring. Miles has no reason to not want the best qb to play. He proved that this year after BHarris had his game against Miss St.

I'm rejecting that Jennings has shown no real progress or improvement in 2 full years including 2 full offseasons because he was an EE. I have also seen how well the passing attack was against Miss St and NMSU with Harris, also it was him who led us down the field for 7 against Auburn.

Also I went to the Spring game and saw Harris play well and Jennings play badly. And all that's just what we regular fans have access too.

I agree with you, losses have gotten easier to handle as I get older. However, LSU is my school and team and to his testament Miles has laid an incredible foundation and all we need is a few easy fixes on offense. Be more creative vs our trends, take some more risks throwing the ball, make some changes at QB and I think we can win multiple NCs.

But all that is on Les's shoulders to pull the trigger and he can be a very frustrating coach to be a fan of.

You might have a point. I go to the games, I yell and shout. If LSU wins, I'm happy. If they lose I'm disappointed but not devastated. It is after all just a game played by a group of post adolescent males over whom I exert no control and who seem to take the result better than the fans do. I have no control over what goes on on the field, so I don't lose control when the result isn't what I want.
If it is more than that to you, I suggest that you re evaluate your priorities in life.

There's no excuse this year if you are to believe that stat we were 119 in experience ranks and Ohio St and Bama were what 109 and 111.

The only issue I have with this season was not wins or losses but the severe lack of reps and development that QB Brandon Harris got, because he showed so much more upside and talent when he did get in vs anything Jennings showed us all season.

Why would i need an excuse for winning the west? Its also not an excuse. Only tenn had to replace more than lsu.

I find it funny you bash Miles for 3 losses but tout sabans 2001 sec title.

But somehow you have erased his melt downs? Interesting.

Yet you come and actively post on an LSU message board. Perhaps you do care a little more but you have dug yourself into a classic pumper trap, you defered everything to the coaches in an attempt to put the coaches in a light of superior football knowledge. However all I wanted was just your opinions as a football fan, then you pulled out of the hat, it's just a game and get your priorities in order. You have been taught well in the ways of sunshine pumping

So why isn't he playing? I'm thinking, and I might be wrong, but Miles, Cam and the rest of the staff might, just might, mind you know more about this than you do.
In fact I would bet on it.
