Accurate...seriously...WOW
I did see JL throw some excellent passes through the season, but he is not what I'd call accurate.

He just means more accurate than JJ, which to this point Lee has been. They'll both be ok though.

you can't take them away- the guy a pick 6 or one ran inside the ten in every single game except for miss st- that is every single time- who does that- who- come on- the poor guy does not make decisions for a person leading a top flight team- our qbs could not start on most of the other teams in louisiana-- but we are getting new ones and moving forward

Lee is not more acurate
40% v tulane and a pick six at home, after a RS year and 4 starts, on a dry feild.
JJ has a much stronger arm he threw two passes longer then JL the whole season in his first start.
JL's 66 yard pass was a 20 yrd throw and 40 yrd run.
Jl does not have a strong arm and cannot throw tight spirals he has to ark the ball like Danny werfull to reach the rec.. JJ threw for more yards his sen year against much better comp Louisiana 5a.

A lot of RANTard geeks are clueless about playing team sports, and most have no idea what it takes to play QB.

What is all this shite about JJ strong arm? He does not have half the arm Lee has. His release is as quick as a wounded turtle. I know he is young, and I hope he turns out to be great, but some of you need to get off his balls. Lee has the skills to be great, just needs to get focused on controlling the game. I will support whoever starts next year, but half this board thinks JJ will be in the heisman running next year.

Really there's no need in discussing it anymore. Just let it play out as it will. There's no use in arguing that:
a QB with a 40% comp rate is a better passer than the guy with a 54% rate,
or a QB with zero wins is a better leader than the guy with 7 wins,
or that a QB that can put up 30 points in one half, is more clutch than the guy that can do the same thing in the 4th qtr
or the QB a guy whose cannot protect a 16 pt lead against the 78th ranked team is more electrifying than the guy that had a 28 point comeback against the 52nd ranked team
and the QB whose lost by 1 against the worst SEC is the fault of the D, but the guy whose D gave up 50+ against two of the best SEC teams was not at fault.
Yet when you point out these oddities, it's always the Ds fault, or dropped passes, or the coaches, or lack of playing time. And of course these same reasons do not apply for the other guy.
So really there's no sense in arguing with people that wear sunglasses at night

Lee is too slow to run the zone read and can NOT read coverages, so his arm is meaningless if he can't read coverages

What you guys see as a weakness i see as a strength for next year. Guys that are a year older and gained valuable experience.
You can have all the talent in the world but there is no substitute for maturity and experience.
There is no doubt that qb was a weakness this year but weakness turns to strength when it gains maturity.
Now we have two good options at qb for next year and they are both going to be good in different ways.
That makes our offense very unpredictable and gives opposing defenses more to prepare for.

That is exactly what I was thinking. The depth we will have for the next few years at QB is mind boggling.
