Jamal Adams posted on Facebook today thanking all the fans that actually stayed at the game last night. So yeh I guess it does mean something to them

2. Didn't want to see the cluster that was Les Miles having a lead at halftime. The same cluster can be seen when we play a DII opponent. It's not entertaining.
3. Because of the disorganization that is our coaching staff, I prob would've gotten kicked out anyway.
4. MSU lost to South Alabama. Yes they're in the SEC...yes, they suck and it shouldn't have been a game to begin with.
5. I paid good money for my tickets. I'm an adult. I do what I want.
6. I doubt the 18-20 year old players really care if I was there. They don't care near as much as the 40 something LSU fan that never attended the university and that makes me happy.
7. Beat traffic
8. Don't want to deal with upset drunk people while trying to walk to my truck with my family
9. didn't want to pay another $5.00 for a disani water
10. Had heartburn from that $4.00 bowl they call jambalaya.

Lsu fans care more about tailgating then the actual games. This is what lsu football has become. They show up 12 hours before kick off and drink all day. Then leave at half time. Death Valley should be renamed dead valley

This is the line of thinking I don't understand.

Fans complain the team is flat, no emotion or excitement after half.

Do you not realize that the team feeds off the emotion and enthusiasm of the crowd and atmosphere. Hell I wouldn't give 100% either if nobody cares.

I wish I could be at every game to sit through the TV timeouts and the breaks because I do every chance I get because I love being in Tiger Stadium. Cheering for the team that I pull for.

I mean if you would like I can relief you of that burden of sitting through it just send me your tickets. I'll gladly put them to good use and not cry like a bitch

It's really unbelievable that athletes feed off a home crowd. Home field advantage isn't made up.

You're definitely a woman. With those reasons, there's absolutely no way you could be a man with all the bleeding vagina lurking in that post.

Sounds like you had more than enough reasons to not go in the first place. Maybe do that next time.

I would tend to believe this if they acted like they gave a shite about the fans that gather to watch them come down the hill. Instead they walk by looking straight ahead with those headphones on, in their own little world.

I drive over two hours to the game and stay for every game I go to. Why? Because I love to see LSU football. Period. Screw traffic, lame excuse. That is always going to be there. So are the idiot drunks, the WAAAY overpriced concessions, crappy jambalaya, coaches we disagree with, etc. But your leaving makes people, and especially the players think you really don't care all that much. Think about it. How would you feel? I would rather see a half full stadium of raucous, rowdy fans having a ball than a stadium full of "cool" people who leave way before the game ends because they could give a rip.

If you are not gonna stay and watch the game, stay at home and fall asleep in the third quarter. You are the reason the aura of Death Valley is nearly dead.

Just my two cents. Have a great day!!!!

Awww upset because a 21 year old didn't notice you. I don't remember many players ever doing anything other than walk past the fans.

They are focused and possibly even directed not to interact with the fans.

Could not care less if they look at me. There were hundreds of kids there trying to get their attention. Just have the fricking bus drive them into the stadium. I was responding to a post implying that the team feeds off the crowd. Hard to believe when they walk through a screaming crowd as if they were going to a funeral.
