Why I despise Clemson......

Honestly, I never disliked Clemson until recent years. In fact, I enjoyed watching them win the natty in the early 80's. I always pulled for Clemson early on in the ACC against Miami, FSU, Va Tech among others. But, it was in 2011 where a distant family member went to Clemson for reasons I don't understand. We sat in the Peach Bowl together as a family in 2012. Since that time, this individual has never let me forget it, and the creepy friends had resorted to texting me from 2012 on when LSU would lose. Over the past three years, its been painful, particularly when I received several texts last year after they won with the chant "SEC, SEC!"...
I never respond to the childish behavior, but that has turned me off completely to this program. My dislike for Bama is deeply rooted and based on being a hated rival. But, my disgust for CLemson is rooted in the fact they just act like they are God's gift to college football. Maybe they get that from their coach!

I despise them because of their schedule.
There are half a dozen teams in the SEC that would go undefeated in the regular season with Clemson's schedule. Instead, we all tear each other up throughout the season. Meanwhile Clemson just rolls from one week to another, defeating teams like Duke, Wake Forest, Boston College, and so on.
And then they make it to the playoffs and act like they've actually accomplished something. And then they act victimized and disrespected when fans and the media aren't that impressed with their winning streak.

This is what’s aggravating to hear about 29-0.
Yes, Clem is really good. But it is undeniably the easiest 29 game win streak among ALL win streaks.
Too lazy to look it up but how many of those games were against Top 15 teams? Probably not 20%.

Compare that to any SEC team’s schedule. This is why Clem’s whining gets under so many people’s skin.
“anybody, anywhere, anytime” sounds much more respectable.

I used to live in SC. Trust me, they were like this before Dabo. Clemson fans are the most insufferable bunch Ive ever seen. Worse by a large margin than SEC rantards.
