why should we rotate qbs? after all we are undefeated and somehow highly ranked. we have a 3rd year qb , 5 star running backs, 6 star receivers and 7 star leader guiding this juggernaut of an offense. change qbs ? what are you guys smoking ? we are just waiting on florida, alabama, arkansas and a rematch with ole piss to really show what we are made of.

Because Les has stated that he's a "one" QB coach.

In the mind of Les, JJ needs all of the practice he can get and he doesn't want to hurt his confidence by sending him to the bench.

What fricking games are you watching??? Jefferson has more Ints this year than TDs. If the WV defender doesn't trip on his own feet last week he has a pick 6. Try watching the games sober.

havent ever watched one drunk, buddy. 0 of the 4 have been pick sixes, and the first one against wvu was tolliver's fault. lee had 13 tds to 16 picks with what 7 being returned for a td?

you honestly think we should rotate qbs?

Great to know you can tell the future based on 1.5 years ago. Get real. JJ has thrown how many picks to td's this year b/c Crowton said he was forcing him to stop dumping off. All of a sudden his picks went up.
2 tds/4 ints

No, I think Lee needs a chance to start. You are basing your opinion on Lee's play in 08 and limited time with shitty circumstances in 09 (one against the eventual national champions). I'm basing my opinion on JJ's play this year against average/shitty teams.

you are stupid to defend his play the last 2 years. I gave him a pass last year b/c I thought that Crowton was trying to simplify the game, slow it down for him. He had to do the same this year. When people started yelling (Including Les), Crowton said JJ needed to take more risks. That means poor passes at the receivers feet and ints. He has ZERO touch passes he can throw. Sorry to say this, but this guy is just not very good.

Les is just playing it close to the vest

He will unleash his secret weapon (Troy 2008 JLee) when no one will be expecting it.

no, i agree with you mostly. i think lee needs to see some significant time because jefferson's play has been horrid. i was just trying to say rotating qb's would be horrible because we already lack rhythm and i think rotating every series would absolutely kill whatever little offense we have going. trust me, i commend lee for sticking around and i think he deserves a legitimate shot at some serious playing time.

So we are in agreement. You think we shouldn't rotate and Lee needs playing time = Lee should start.

not totally, not jsut yet at least. i think jefferson should start but if no production in the first few drives lee comes in. JJ needs consequences for not playing well.

Fixed it for you.

News Alert: This is the fourth year Lee has now been in our offensive system. Why are idiots still talking about 08 as if it was last week?

Some of you think like Miles. JJ is not that good and not getting any better. Les is happy winning the games he should win and getting tea bagged by the better teams. He's happy with that but most fans aren't.

you tell me. how much have you seen about us going 8-5 in 08 and 9-4 in 09? and people still talk about it because it was the last significant play from lee.

I have seen this about it hurting JJ's confidence to send him to the bench. This is his third year to play college football--he should understand the reality of competing for a spot & proving himself. Maybe letting him sit and at least giving Lee a few series would show him that he isn't the only QB on the team & that if he wants to play all the time, he needs to make substantial improvements.
