Sorry if I expect the guy making almost $10 million/year to have a pulse on his program and know what's going on. You think he doesn't know why running the ball up the middle 25x didn't work? He doesn't know what his program has instituted, or not, to teach the players how to act after big plays? I'm supposed to believe he has to go ask someone else what changes need to be made to fix tackling issues?

Nah. He knows. He damn sure better know. He's just the type of guy who shits on others and doesn't actually blame his program for the failures of this game. Instead, he blamed the players for not doing what he expected.

The problem isn't the players. The problem is Brian Kelly not getting out of the players what is needed. That's his fault. He needs to own it. The players aren't receiving his message. Every mistake made is his fault.
