Recent playoff experience didn't help OU, like, at all, so that's a weird take for them to have, IMHO.

OU has never won a playoff game, Clemson has won 2 titles and played for a 3rd in the last 5 years, so not weird for Clemson to think its an advantage for Clemson.

Clemson as a whole got off to a slow start to the season. this happens to many reigning national champions. If you watch Trevor's first few weeks he was attempting to make throws that were just not possible, he got a little to cocky and threw a bunch of ints. Then he went back to doing the basics and hasnt thrown an int since that unc game. Stats don't always point towards the better qb. Burrow has had the better year no doubt, but imo (obviously biased) Trevor is the slightly better qb, neither means anything in national championship game. Clemson lost to Coker in national championship but beat hurts and tua. Intersting stat about Clemson is that since 2015 they are 22-0 against undefeated teams. Don't expect to walk all over lil ole clemson. Oohhh i wish it was monday oohhhhh baby

I think Higgins is better than Chase and I think TLaw is better than Burrow. It is close tho no doubt and you argue either way so I will say even.

He also has 100 more attempts. His stats would still be better but not by as much

They’re saying the exact same thing our fans would be saying if we were in their spot.

The OP would likely start a thread about it

Yes I certainly can. Higgins has better averages than Chase does. That is a case right there. He averages more yards per catch and more touchdowns per catch how is he not better? Because he plays in the ACC is ur excuse.

Reason, not excuse. Competition matters. Chase won the Biletnikof award for a reason. Put him against ACC defenses week in and week out, and I PROMISE his yards per catch and TDs per catch would be higher. That's not opinion. It's science.

Better athletes tend to make it more difficult to run routes and catch passes. The ACC simply doesn't have the same quality of athlete that you find in the SEC.

Is Higgins good? Yes, of course. Not denying that. Chase is simply better.

Add Jefferson, Marshall and McMath to the mix and LSU has a distinct advantage at WR. It's not even debateable.

You have your opinion, but it's only that - an opinion, and it's one that you can't substantiate.

Because this is fake news

Chase 75-1559-20.8-18 : 18/75 =0.24
Chase

Higgins : 56-1115-19.9-13 13/56=.023214
Higgins

and Chase has better career avg too.

Both are great, can't go wrong

I dought CMoney comes back, but, jeebus, what an idiot.

He actually argued that Trevor was better than Joe, and that Higgins was better Chase.

Bwaaahhaaahhaaahahahahaha!!!!!!

They need to convince themselves they have an edge somewhere.

Their schedule gives them an edge.
