Your excuses are a valiant effort to mask the fact that had it not been for the occasional super star, he would have done even worse - which is tough given 3 winning conference records in 11 years.

Brady's teams were shallow on talent and depth and he was unable to develop anyone. Trent on the other hand will win consistently because he can coach and develop players.

One newspaper story about two or three players and you conclude that he can't recruit? I'll bet you're not as silly as you sound. Ready. Fire. Aim. Do you really want to compare John Brady and Dale Brown and Trent Johnson? Besides being quick on the trigger, you don't have much of a memory either.

So Trent Johnson would have won without Marcus Thornton last year or without the Lopez twins the last year at Stanford?

Do you think North Carolina could have beaten LSU without Ty Lawson or Tyler Hansbrough?

You do realize that half of his tenure was spent either under NCAA investigation or under draconian sanctions.

That is ridiculous. Only Florida and Kentucky were more successful in the SEC during his tenure. If it was so damn easy then why didn't some of the other coaches who did not have to deal with NCAA sanctions achieve what Brady did?

LSU fans need to step up and support the program and bring enthusiasm to the PMAC. We have to start making it an event. That's tough to do at a school where Football is king.

Alleva can help by putting the student section back into one unified area down low, instead of all over the PMAC. That's a joke and needs to be fixed by this upcoming season......
