My standard responses to the "Miles won with Saban's players" crowd are:
1) So Miles was able to go 11-2 with players that Saban could only go 9-3 with? Sounds like Miles is the better coach.
... and ...
2) If Miles won with Saban's players, then Saban won with DiNardo's players. (This is a rather specious argument, but it drives the Saban lovers crazy.)

Name calling seems to be the primary strength of Rantards. With the talent he fielded (aside from the critical position of QB) he should have done more, but the purblind cannot see such things. This too old stuff is absolutely incredible ! Do you think the age issue would stop these schools from hiring someone of Sabans abilities if they had half a chance? If Miles were such a great coach they would jump at the chance of hiring him. The simple fact is he is a good man but poor football coach who can;t communicate. Granted if he were to accept 1-2 mil. in compensation, some school that needed to repair their reputation may take a chance on him ! Damm-no wonder we can't drain a Swamp!
