I don't post much...but I'll give my input on this one. This is why I'm unhappy:

Because I'm not a fan that simply keeps up with the Tigers in the paper on a Sunday morning. Aside from just being a loyal LSU Alumnus, LSU football is entertainment. If you like to simply say that you won 10 games a year then you're probably happy. However, if you're like me, and you want to dominate and enjoy watching the games then you're a little frustrated. You hear "play down to your opponents", but I think Les "gameplans down to his opponents". If he can run a boring offense and win by 1 point then its still a win to him. While those of us who enjoy having a talented team that dominates are left dissatisfied. Just hurts to watch teams like A&M who are not scared to blast someone by 42 points at halftime, and you know your team has the talent to do the same thing but never will. That is all and

Idiots on here thought wiliford would go pro, then turner just comes in outplays him significantly, so to say he's one of the better OGs in the conference is not a stretch

So you're basing your "most talented in the country" off of comments from the Rant? Another good call, my friend.

quote:

2 of the 3 LBs you mentioned don't even play. The starters combine for 200 plus tackles but you just avoided that.

OK.....then Lamin Barrow is the most talented LB in the country. Good call.

quote:

Loston is average and dworcaygcx is bad but having the best at every position doesn't make you the most talented team.

So if you have two (at minimum) bad links in a chain, is it the strongest chain? Would you want that chain holding you up in the air off a building?

When has any team ever had the best players at every position?

So they're NOT the most talented team in the country? You're confusing me. Because from your perspective, this team, with all it's freshmen and sophomores + injuries and suspensions, should be undefeated and in the National Championship game.

Miles done a terrible job keeping this team together and winning 10 games, AGAIN?

Unrealistic.

A win is a win. Just ask Brian Kelly.

Based on history and common fricking sense.....No.

To think otherwise is just ridiculous.

Because we have spoiled, self righteous, shitty fans.

Sorry, I'm rapidly losing faith in our fanbase. I wonder, if Les Miles got fired and we brought in a coach that took us back to mediocrity, how many "fans" would still frequent this board?

How about 2?

Bama and UGA are at least equally talented if not more talented.

That doesn't mean we can't beat them.

But they are certainly right there as far as talent goes. If you don't see that, you are an idiot.

I am happy with our record. We could be 12-0 or 8-4. I do think we should be 11-1. Should have beaten Florida.

why should we have beaten UF and not Bama? we actually led against Bama late and had our injury issues mostly worked out, vs. where we were against UF with guys going down and the OL still trying to figure themselves out.

So you don't even know the players on the teams and yet you are the one being such a tampon about LSU being so much more talented.
