Why are people excited about the abundance of CBS games?

Id rather listen to the games on the radio than have to watch them on CBS. They destroy the momentum of the game. They take the crowd out of it, which is a BIG DEAL in TS.
I was at the Arky game, it seemed like the frickin red shirt official was on the field for longer than the players.

b/c in other states thats the only way you get to see the games w/out paying extra

is it realy that expensive on the net? and wouldnt u rather not see them win a close game, or see them lose a close game because the momentum is switched so much?

This bs about TS not being loud during the day- GA 03 was loud as ever. If the game is tight, fans are in it. Stop whining about NATIONAL coverage and enjoy the great run

Im not talking about the day games arse. Im talkin about the length of time and the frequency of the TV time outs on CBS.

verne and mushberg suck a fat one. verne has gotten to the point where is just too old to do it. he mispronounces names more often then he says them correctly, and all mushberg does is state the obvious. CBS needs to grow a pair of nuts, fire these guys and hire some fresh blood out of college that deserves the job, and actually qualifies.

I can't stand CBS either. I was at the UK game (b/c I live here) and that game took forever...even before the 3 OTs. I'd rather have as many night games as possible. Of course, it's hard to bitch when a major network want to televise your games.

Dude that is a dumber thing to complain about than moving the games to the day. Yeah the timeouts and length suck but the payoff is millions of people watching your school play a great game on a great campus

I don't care who is in the booth or what station its on as long as its on here in TN. Sure the net is cheap but I'd rather watch on a big screen w/ surround sound than a 17' laptop. CBS is tons better than tigervision

It's not hard at all to get your laptop to play on your TV, just a little cable.
CBS games do suck. I love the attention, but the commercial timeouts are ridiculous, maybe they should use some of the time they pick up in showing commercials to build up enough of a delay to hit the dump button when the students start chanting "frick you saban".

Actually no. Night games on ESPN and the deuce are never blacked out. I've been stuck with local games broadcast by the local CBS station on a few occasions.

bs...75% of LSU games have been on national TV in the past 10 yrs. look it up in media guide...the 230 slot mainly is what sucks...fla cbs game last yr was badass.

Yeah, but CBS takes commercial TO's every 3 plays. I never mind having the game on ESPN, in fact I really like it because I get to watch it on tivo the next morning when I am hung over.
