Someone who could win multiple national championships.
-Someone who isn't almost guaranteed to lose at least 2 games every year (of at least one he should not lose)
-Someone who can't get his team to play well after playing Alabama on a yearly basis (operates on the "we only have one big game per year" theory)
-Someone who plays too tight on the road to lesser opponents and 'almost' loses on a consistent basis year over year, but somehow manages to win
-Someone who holds his team back early in the year thinking his strategy "to not show anything" somehow helps him- but it doesn't because it causes a loss pre Alabama
-Someone who makes a better physical presentation and his not viewed upon by the CFB world as a sort of "crazy Uncle type"
Not sure if that type of person exists, however but that's who I would want.

I can't believe I saw Tressel's name in this thread.
Then I see Chip Kelly
:banghead:
As for people who are still alive, I'd love to see:
-Dick LeBeau
-Bill Belichick
-Jim Harbaugh
-Sean Payton
-Monte Kiffin
All are genius football minds and understand the game beyond imaginable when compared to other coaches.

Les Miles.
After him, Jon Gruden. I think that guy would be amazing in college and would instantly be a top 5 recruiter.
