I am pulling for armand Williams.
Amazing athlete but from watching the practice vids you can tell that something just hasn't clicked on for him yet.
I think it is the route running. His footwork just isn't that crisp at the moment, and he's often out of position when the ball comes.
That is something the coaches can fix, though. But if he couldn't get it worked out in Spring ball, I don't see him beating out Boone and Wright, both of whom were very impressive in Spring.

IMO, there's no way Landry passes up Wright and Boone.
Those two guys were not playing as true freshmen last year because they were just average. They got past the learning curve and are already ahead of Landry in that regard.
I think Landry gets Boone/Wright playing time his freshman year.
Again, alot of people are letting the 5 stars get in the way of learning curve and letting their body get into SEC shape.

So JJ not checking to his third reciever means the #3 WR won't hardly have the ball thrown to him? It's pretty naive to think that the best receiver is always the first option for a pass play, isn't it? I mean, they do that in high school, but come on. I'd be willing to bet there are a lot of plays where the slot guy is the first read.
