Who started the one eye black strip under only one eye?

I want to say it was Josh Reed who started it, or someone around the time he was playing? I notice a bunch of guys at LSU are still doing it...nice to see that stick with LSU players

Rolled a Mitsubishi Montero Sport in Honduras - ejected and killed. She was the "rapper" of TLC - that kind of R&B and Rap hybrid was not my cup of tea, but I thought they were talented.
