I didnt like bo the first time he was here and I still don't like him...
Defense looks completely lost on the field...

He would have been better off promoting someone from within than hiring fricking Pelini.

Barry Odom has an undermanned Arkansas defense playing very well. He obviously has head coaching experience and looks like a very solid DC.
I remember Kris Richard being brought up with the DC job being open. He played at USC, DB coach and DC with the Seahawks/Cowboys. Seemed like a young, motivated DC that could’ve fit well.
It just looks like the game has passed Bo by... The most frustrating part is the utter lack of any type of adjustments. Try something new and see if it works. It’s also time to start pulling guys out on defense and giving younger guys a shot. Let those hungry, young guys get snaps and see if they can make a play.

He could have started by asking Aranda for recommendations. You can be damn sure Pelini would not have been on the list.

No it was easy to say at the time. There is a reason why Bo was where he was with zero interest from any other major program.
This hire was a head scratcher from the start.

In over his head now and he hasn't produced any meaningful results. Not sure who's in control there.
Last year everything came easy and he sat back looking like a genius. Now it's time to make adjustments and get players who understand the scheme. We have no clue because it was a circus on every play. 2 stars who understand are more valuable than a 5 star that can't understand what to do. Gotta go there.
