If we fire Crowton I think we have a chance. With Crowton, no chance in hell.

Alabama loses alot of defense due to seniors. They have no offense compared to us.
Yeah, that LSU offense has really been lighting up the scoreboards. Bama doesn't lose much in the way of offense next year. Ingram will be back, as will all their starting receivers, most of the OL and McElroy will have a full year of starting under his belt.

Get out of here with your logic and shite.

Yeah the miles lovers think we will be loaded with all this talent next year. How the heel would anyone know. They never get to touch the field. So all of the sudden next year these guys who never play will be able to beat everyone they play against, even with Lester coaching.

If the coaches keep doing what they have been doing the last two years, NO!

we have a chance, but i think it's pretty unlikely.
our o & d-lines both have been weaknesses all year, and we lose guys off of both. qb play has been a weakness for 2 years, so does anyone see more productivity from the position just around the corner (either JJ or JL)?

We have no chance against Bama or Florida next year.

I admire your optimism...
However, being a Realist... well, I fear the worst is yet to come with Miles.

LSU has a better shot at winning the West than Tennessee has of winning the East. Way more talent and not sure yet that Kiffin knows what he is doing. So far all he has done is talk and let his alligator mouth overload his jaybird arse.

Randle looks legit going into next year and JJ will be solid. Hopefully Barksdale stays and the OL improves.
I could see Jones moving to OLB like Coleman. Losing McCray is not that big of a deal. Nevis is a strong player and Pep returns. It is also the second year of the Chavis system so hopefully it will improve too.
I feel like we will have the ability to go 11-2.

Not me, with schedule getting harder, with the amount of players LSU is going to lose next year going to be rough. I thought LSU would go 9-3 this year and possible 9-4 next year and then be back on national stage 2011

I say no. I thought this year defense had to get better and without the pick sixes, would be better on offense. Somehow, we got worse on offense. Again, I would say defense gets better and offense has to do better, but you will have the same coaching issues. Don't see the same guys doing anything differently.

count on it. An SEC west title, SEC title, and a NC title next season. To say/think otherwise is stupid and all the flaming negatigers can go to hell and pull for Tulane. We don't want you around here anymore. That is all and frick you very much.

Of course we have a chance, but we will have to have much improved offense. QB play is very important and Arky and OM will have the advantage there. Bama will have a strong defense and will be tough again with adequate QB play.
We will most likely have to beat 2 of those 3 and the rest to win the West. My guesstimate of all these factors gives us about a 15% to 20% chance of doing so.
