My Top5 wish list (realistic or not) is not set in stone yet, like everyone else still giving thought to all the potential coaches.
For now I’ll go with
1) James Franklin
2) Lincoln Riley
3) Lane Kiffin (with reservations)
4 ) Dave Aranda
5) Luke Fickell
-Napier nice consolation prize if you can’t get your top targets

I don't think Bob Stoops, Brian Kelly, Chip Kelly, Lincoln Riley are reasonable.

Maybe LSU would get lucky and get Riley to leave OU ahead of them joining the SEC.

I have wondered about this. If you are going to be in the SEC either way, why wouldn’t you want to coach at a school with such a great advantage in recruiting? Considering the last three coaches have won a National Championship at LSU that may be his best chance at winning one. I think he would finally get over the hump and win a NC if he made the move. If not, he will continue to lose big games every year.
