dumb question. TM7 has been discussed in the heisman race. HE IS THE EASY AND ONLY CHOICE. no one else on the team is a consistent big playmaker

We still win without him. You will always have a fighting chance with the best punter in the nation.

Ole Miss last year disagrees.

Mathieu is great, no doubt. Without Claiborne and Simon, he has to cover tall WRs downfield, and his height could be a liability there. Plus he can't roam freely so you lose a lot of his disruption. So losing one of the other corners means you basically lose "the honey badger" part of his game anyway.

B.taylor. He is the qb in the secondary. Last year when he went down our d struggled. Most underrated player on the d.brockers is a close 2nd.

I really think it is Brad Wing. Without him, our special teams is completely different and the defense doesn't get to start inside the 10 yard line as often as they do.

Also need to seriously consider Beckham. He catches every pass thrown his way. He's becoming Lee's security blanket.

Randle may be more experienced, but without Beckham he'd see double-triple coverage every play. Besides that, he's had an occasional drop, and we beat Oregon without him.

I'm really thankful there is a wide debate on this topic...just proves how much of a complete team LSU really is...my vote TM7...even though we could still be successful without him. He is the fire-starter of the D if not the team.

Its pretty hard not to respond to this question with, you know, the heisman candidate.

But I don't want any of our 2deep to get hurt. We play team football.

First person i thought of. He allows us to play to our strength. Pound the ball. Win the field position and make teams make long drives on our deep defense and wear them the hell out then take over in the second half.
