LSU plays it's B game, they win.

It actually works out that we got to play against UGA.. 3-4 and the same fricking offense that Bama runs.

LSU will also be better prepared for those little short passes to Richardson. Outside of those few passes, LSU shut him down.

I am confident as well. Here's why:

1. Same reasoning as first game - the best team that I've ever seen LSU field will not get beat.

2. That was essentially JJ's first game of the year. He will look better. If he doesn't, we'll see Lee complete the most awesome story of redemption in the history of football (it's already pretty dang close).

3. Our backs are JUST NOW hitting their stride.

4. The game will once again be played such that every yard is contested. LSU's depth will be a HUGE freakin plus, just like it was in OT game 1.

5. Alabama is the team playing under pressure.

6. It's a pretty much home game for LSU.

7. Richardson won't be as hungry, as he'll already have a Heisman Trophy.

If Bama couldn't beat us in their house with everything on the line, then they sure as hell aint doing it in Nola. That in my opinion was their best chance to beat us and they couldn't get it done.

Did they all of the sudden find LBs that can run sideline to sideline?

Bama knows they were gassed at the end of the BDS loss.

Have to believe with 40+ days to get ready, both teams will be in better shape.

If we pass well, we win. If not, we could be in trouble.

I have no doubt about our defense...just look at the second half (or longer) of the last game. I think our offense has evolved significantly since then.

I am very, objectively, confident that LSU will win.

Miles is the best bowl game coach in the nation, we have the best team and we are basicly playing a home game. Yea, I feel good about this one, but Bama does have a slugger's chance.

We're the ones that are under pressure. They are the product of the media and voters. Alabama shouldn't even be in the game. They have nothing to lose but everything to gain. We on the other had are undefeated, are the division champions, SEC champions, and are under pressure to close the deal. Talk about having everything to lose.

Bama's special teams will still be not so special, their QB will still be mediocre, and even though they will bone up on the option in preparation for the BCSNCG, their big linbackers are still likely to get gassed by the 4th quarter. If we can limit Trent Richardson like we did in the Game of the Century, we have a great chance to win it all in our own backyard. Plus some of the Bama players provided our team some great bulletin board material with all the crying they did after the Game of the Century with "the best team didn't win" and "we beat ourselves" and such. We will beat them in the next Game of the Century, and isn't it weird how fast a hundred years goes by? Already it's time for the next Game of the Century which will result in our Tigers being labeled the "Team of the Century".

Whatever the Over/Under line is, bet the Over. LSU will score and will score BIG on Alabama 2nd time around.

I'm 100% confident. Alabama showed all their cards already in the first game that they thought had BCSCG implications. What can they do differently this time? Punt instead of trying 50 yard field goals? Great! Mathieu will be on the receiving end of those punts.

LSU has been tested recently - down by double digits and persevered. When has Alabama been tested? LSU players will never give up.

Psychologically, LSU players know they can win. Alabama players know they can be beaten.

Lee threw two interceptions in the first game and LSU still won. How many more could JJ possibly throw than 2? Meanwhile, Saban is going to make his quarterback throw lots of bubble screens and other short yardage passes that LSU will be waiting to pounce on.

It doesn't matter if LSU gets 5 yards rushing in the first half or three quarters. Those UA defenders are still going to get tired running to the far sideline to make the play. Eventually, it will open up.

Alabama doesn't have the personnel to make many changes from the first gameplan. LSU has options, no pun intended.
