When is the last time an LSU back fumbled the ball
Remember, we've played several ranked teams in 2011 already ...
Northwestern State

Ware fumbled at Oregon I believe.
Lacy was a legend at dutchtown (saw him play a few times)
Richardson is heisman caliber.
I'd take LSU all day

Statistically Richardson and Lacy have more yards but I believe Ford has most yards per carry

Probably give the edge to Bama w/LSU a close second. But it's apples/oranges to compare to Gators, who are all about speed vs. power running.

I like our guys just fine, Bama's Richardson and Florida's Jeff Demps are legit

All 3 schools have 2 backs in the top 10 in the SEC. Pretty impressive.

BAMA has 148 rushes on the season for 923 6.2 YPC
We have 172 rushes for 684 4.0 YPC
Love our backs but the stats aren't even close.
Even though we've played better competition BAMA is just running the ball better right now.

around 300 of those yards came against N Texas on a few runs of 50+ or more

Bama's first 2 backs are better, but lsu has better dept overall.

I think Richardson is the best individual back, but LSU has the best combination of RBs. Maybe the best combo in the nation.

I dont think there is a better back in the sec than richardson... however i believe as said before lsu has better combo... Id take ford over lacy any day

before i say TR is the best the SEC has to offer i would like to see him play against a stout defense!
