Could Money Pitch again or is he no longer even considered a starter/mid week starter?

With the depth we have at starting pitching already, I don't see Money starting a game unless we have 2 midweek games. Honestly, I don't see him pitching much at all in SEC play either unless a game is out of hand or we've burned a bunch of arms. He just hasn't gotten it done since early last season, and we have plenty of arms that are just better than his now.

Prefer to see Cooper and Ack stay in the bullpen where they will be on SEC weekends.

Cooper could start in a midweek game, throw ~30 pitches, and be fine for the weekend. He didn't pitch at all last weekend, which is why him pitching some innings tonight makes sense. He hasn't pitched since his start against Iowa on the 25th. He needs work.

Of course he CAN start, no one is saying otherwise. And he needs to get out there, as do quite a few others.

Lamar is a better team than most we've played so far based on who they have beaten (K State, A&M, Rice). I wish we would have saved Hurd for that game.

I call him The Big Sneezy.

Why? We should be able to throw a lot of different guys and beat them, but you want to save Hurd and throw off the schedule that's been built to have him on the weekend going forward and potentially on Saturday by SEC play?

That's a little short-sighted. I think I'd rather play the long game and be set up to win more SEC series than worry about a Southland conference team in early March that we should be able to beat with our second team.

Are Helmers and Edward's going to pretty much always be bull pen guys or do you know if they may try and work either into midweek roles?
