Who else thinks we will win it all next year WITH Miles as coach!

Miles shite the bed on Monday, there is no doubt about it, but he will learn from it. Bama beat us on Monday but no one else came close this year and we would have absolutely crushed anyone else in that game. Since they are graduating most of their players, and we will be better next year with something to prove, we will beat Bama at home. We also will be able to beat anyone else we play during the regular season. I could see USC being tough for us next year but they will probably have to beat Oregon twice to get to the BCSNCG and I don't think they do....but even if they do we will beat them. As far as Miles goes if anything he should become a better coach and learn from this....I am confident he won't be worse. If Mondays game hurts recruiting it should only be for one year because we will win it all next year! It sucks knowing how bad we played on Monday but we will be in Miami next year with a HUGE chip on our shoulder. We are going to destroy EVERYONE and we may end up being the best team ever!!! GEAUX TIGERS!!!!

I thought that before Monday. Now with recruiting issues and early departures, as well as tremendous doubt about the competency of both the staff and play calling to use a quarterback like Mett on other plays besides slants, I think we'll be humble in 2012

why not. We'll be better on offense and Bama loses a lot on both sides of the ball. With all our problems on offense this year, they were our only real challenge.

No doubt that we can win it next year. Without the choke artist behind center, we'll have a GOOD QB for a change.

there are no guarantees we'll ever get back. the road is tough. 1 mistake against a west opponent and you are out, unless you are Alabama and your coach is saban. i don't think for one minute the pollsters will cut miles the slack they do saban.
this is not to say anything against miles. you have to be good and lucky. I believe miles will lead this team so that we continue to compete for a chance to get there.

We're going to be in the hunt, and that's all I ever ask. Hopefully if we get back, we finish with as much ferocity as we exhibited in getting there.

I think if he uses the spanking he just got from NS as a learning tool then YES we have all the talent you could ask for to win the NC. Now if he sticks to the same shite we will not win the NC next year even if Aarron Rogers comes play QB for us. LM needs to evolve same as he ask of his players he needs to learn from negative experiences and Monday was as bad as it gets in the sense of being shown your not on my level as a coach yet.

Two reasons why I don't think it will happen.
1) This is Les Miles. He will find some way to blow it.
2) The media might try to keep us out due to the weak schedule and as revenge for stinking up the joint the last time.

LES already won a BCSNCG losing against a West opponent. The computers will not remember what happened on Monday. It doesn't matter though because we are not losing next year.

LSU versus Bama could be the new Miami versus FSU. Winner always has inside track to BCS title game.
With that being said, we are a long way from meeting Bama in November...a lot of water will go under the bridge between now and then.

Have you provided links and/or names of the people saying RR had a horrible season? I mean, you started a thread about it, don't you think you should provide that info? You're always real quick to call out posters, so why don't you backup your claims?

We have a chance to have a great season, but to say we just march in to South Fl is crazy. Injuries, bad luck, bad game(s) all can come into play.

Why does he always have to 'shite the bed' first, before he learns from it? The mistakes he's making are the most basic in all of coaching. Time management, having a game plan, and hiring good people. Why do people always want to make excuses for this guy?
