If Auburn bought Newton and screwed LSU out of a national title opportunity with their cheating crap, it's got to be Auburn. They'd be listed anyhow with the other shenanigans, but this would probably trump everything else combined -- at least the 04/06 screwjobs were due to bad officiating that can't be linked as well to Auburn, as opposed to outright cheating to mess things up for everyone.

If not, then as noted above they'd still be listed first. Then it's probably Alabama, Florida, and the field.
