All of it, you need to be able to win multiple ways which is something JJ did this season elevating him to a new level imo.

Gorilla ball in its purest form would not work in today’s college baseball. The pitching has gotten far too advanced to solely rely on the homerun for scoring. Also, as others have said, Charles Schwab field is not conducive at all to hitting homers regularly. Therefore, you must have much more balanced team with pitching, defense, speed and some homerun hitters to be successful.

Well we were a power team in 2023 and Coastal did when they won it but you have to be so overwhelmingly good at it it’s hard to rely on because like you said that park is so big. Of course we had 2 incredibly special players.
