Also, to get tickets through LSU you had to have donated at least $10K this year; I'm not crying a river for the next 144 people in line who "only" donated like $8,000 to an athletics department
Not sure where you are getting this from... I didn't come anywhere close to donating $10,000 and I'm right on the inside of the supposed cut line. The points being used to determine are a cumulative of lifetime donations. It would piss me off if I found out that I was in the 144 that didn't get tickets because they were given to these crooks. Don't they already take enough from the citizens?

Plus, the less time the legislators are in Baton Rouge making policy the less they're fricking up the state. I'll send them to Bermuda for a month if it means less dumbass laws.
I do agree with this.....

Every legislator will get 2 season tickets to football season. If they are newly elected they take over their predecessors 2 tickets. Since this for the season it will not be until next year after the newly elected are inaugurated.
Note: legislators are not "given" tickets. They have to pay EVERYTHING you and I do, including the initial TAF fees, they just have the "option" of having seats.

Well maybe they should get in line and be awarded tickets based on priority rank just like the rest of us.
