J, PM's hitting coach is the equivalent of Miles' OC's. He went out of his comfort zone and hired Andy, but after Andy bolted, PM went back to loyalty hiring.
I wish the best for Micah and Nolan, but damn they are fresh out of school, and now have top assistant jobs in college baseball. PM's ego has him thinking like Les and believing his way is 'winning', and doesn't need top notch assistants on that side.
