I think carries will be spread out a lot with certain plays for certain players. I would guess that Emery ends up with the most carries overall but who knows.

I'm hoping emery gets EXACTLY the workload that Brossette got and Clyde gets right around what he got this year maybe a little more if we decide to throw to the backs like we said we were going to

Emery and Davis, and CEH becomes the new Terrance Magee

By the end of the season, it will be the Emery and Davis show.

They'll get carries in this order:
1. Clyde
2. Emery
3. Davis
4. Curry
Whoever produces with those carries will continue to get more.
They'll all have their opportunity to produce.

We’ve all seen that there’s a learning curve, even for guys like LF7 and Hill.
Clyde will be the main back to start out, with Lanard sprinkled in.
Emery and Davis, assuming we keep them, should be eased into action.
Curry is going to have to improve a lot if he wants to keep up.

I think the RB depth chart will be
1. Emery
2. CEH
3. Fournette
4. Davis
5. Curry
It should be
1. Emery
2. Fournette
3. Helaire
4. Davis
5. Curry

I feel bad for Curry. It seemed like the Oline got destroyed on the few carries he got.

I can see one or two of the backs switching positions. Remember, White came in as one of the best RB in the country!

1. Devin White
2. John Emory
2. John Emory

Emery and Davis will get around 50% of the carries, and I think Burrow and Helaire will get around an equal amount of carries (80 a piece).

That dude got hit 3 yards behind the line damn near ever time he got the ball.
The on good run he had was called back for a penalty.
If we land Emery and Davis we are looking like rbu again.

UGA has had RBs come out of high school ready to go. Isiah Crowell, Keith Marshall, Todd Gurley, and would have been more if needed.
Alabama's TJ Yeldon came out the gate nearly matching Eddie Lacy.
JK Dobbins game one last year at Ohio St, and Cam Akers came out averaging more carries than the previous high ranked 4 star Junior back in game one.
Royce Freeman matched carries with the previous year's 5 star RB at Oregon in his first game, and Trayveon Williams matched carries before overtaking 5 star Junior RB Keith Ford by 30 at TAMU.
I have plenty more, but I think you get the point.

Clyde will be the main back to start out, with Lanard sprinkled in.
quote:nope, if they are shown to be better, you play them immediately. Barring injury, I expect both to get plenty carries starting game one
