And Saban would say HEY DUDE THIS IS WHAT I WANT. DO YOUR JOB!! Its SIMPLE!!!

Damn ... forgot about that. Just like he did in 2004 against Auburn (10-9 loss) and 2003 against Florida (17-9 loss) ... shall I continue? Saban is a great coach, but let's not make believe he was an offensive juggernaut.

So under your "vision", LSU would be undefeated and play a one loss UF for the SEC championship.

As it is, LSU has one loss and can go to the SEC championship as long as it takes care of business.

Once there, it really doesn't matter which team has only one loss, now does it?

There is not a single preseason goal that LSU cannot still achieve. Last year, LSU was essentially out of the SEC race by the time October was underway. Oh...and by the way...UF hung over 50 on LSU and won by a 30 point margin last year.

This is a much better team than last year's.

But I guess that doesn't matter to you, does it? It is not enough to win, but they must win "pretty".

And for the those still wanting to suck Saban off, remember that Saban lost to UF during his national champtionship season and also remember that he has yet to coach a college team to an undefeated record.

And how many more national championships does Saban have than Miles? None.

You think Jones and the Cowboys make a run at Saban?

Are there any rumors to this effect?

Really? I'm not the one pretending Saban is a god and just by having him here, LSU's offensive problems would just go away.

You don't follow football much do ya. LOOK I want LSU to win EVERY game they play NO MATTER WHO THE COACH IS. However, Miles is a loke compared to Saban, AND if you can't see that then you are blind!!!

Good choice. BTW, another guy we could have had in '87. He could have had a dynasty here.

That 10-9 loss to Allbarn was the penalty redo extra point kick in Auburn. The particular penalty was never called again in D1 the rest of the year because of the shitstorm that Saban raised. And, Auburn went 14-0 for the year.

I won't know until they've played each other. The difference between you and me is that you are ready to hit the panic button because of pure speculation and I am not. Saban would not want your type on his team. Neither would I.

Actually, when I compare Miles' record with Saban's, Miles has a better record.

If you can't see that, then you are blinded by your blind panic.

I want LSU to beat BAMA!!! BUT if YOU are so stupid to think that LSU is going to improve its OFFENSE before BAMA then you are missing the boat.

BTW SABAN has GOT BAMA playing at a level that I have not seen for a while. RIGHT NOW they are 10 times better than LSU. BUT when they play you never know what will happen. In that case I will take MY chances on SABAN!!!!

Mike Archer had a better winning percentage in his first year at LSU than Saban or Miles.

Guess he is your god.
