I was at Ft. Hood about 15 years ago........plenty of strip clubs with TVs 
Seriously though, there is a nice Texas Roadhouse there that has TVs for sports (from what I remember lol)

Buffalo Wild Wings and Applebys are somewhat near that TX Roadhouse depends on what you want to eat.
