I used the White from this site that allowed you to use your own number and name and put 7for the number and LSU Tigers for the name.

yeah just request that instead of putting a custom name. Its not that hard it actually saves them the work. Its not like all the shirts are created with "YOUR NAME" alredy printed. Think about it.........they would then have to take off that printing and then put the users custom name on it.
Just ask them to leave it blank with no wording.
