How many of you have made mistakes or just not turned out the results that you would have liked and been fired?

If I am hired to do a job with certain goals/expectations and after three years I am no closer to achieving those goals than when I started I would say that warrants a serious discussion about my future at the company.

If you own 6 businesses like you claim I would expect you could understand my statement above is reasonable. It's not perfection, but improvement is expected. So far all we have seen is more of the same with some better recruiting on the lines. I'll give O that. Other than that what else has he done which is above and beyond the last guy who got fired?

Does anyone know if Lanard Fournette still have any eligibility? I have been most impressed with him in recent games and believe he could make key contributions for the Purple and Gold.

Three times on Saturday Lanard was put into position - by the coaches and team - to easily make a big play. One was a sweep, on which the scheme got us a mismatch, and the blockers were running free 10 yards downfield. The other two were wide open wheel routes. Lanard converted two of the three. I call that terrible. You seem to think that’s good.
