He knows there’s a real chance that he will eventually represent 1/2 of them in the next 10 years for something. He can get his money back from them, plus some.

This is the truth… PI attorneys spend as much as they can to plaster their name anywhere they can. The big ones spend millions monthly. The fact that he can have something that makes people talk about him is so much more valuable than just having his name on a billboard(to which he buys every one on I-10 he can). Don’t underestimate the value of this advertisement for him. He’s not just a bagman. He has one of the most relevant examples of where NIL is more than just paying players.
