in TS? I went back to 86 and don't see where we beat them by more than 11 points. I know we whipped the Zooker in 02 at Gainsville.

It is time to do so now.

Dude, if we can score in the red zone, then maybe.

If you want to define a whooping as greater than 11 points you would have to go back to the 70's to find one in Tiger Stadium.

Was there for that game and it was SWEET!! Sat right next to their student section and as we left overheard some of them bitching saying "We lost to LSU. We suck now." Even though we had lost to them the year before, we were the defending SEC champs and they weren't giving us any respect.

I would like to see Shep run the option in the redzone. Him and Trindon.

This will not be the year. Florida's defense is stellar. Our defense will have to play the best since 2003 for us to win. This offense will not score more than 24 and I'm betting 17. It's up to the defense to stuff the run and make Tebow beat us passing the ball. Not easy to do but who know's?

That was a fun one to watch, but it was bitter sweet. Mauck hurt his ankle that game. Who knows what the rest of the season may have been like if he'd stayed healthy.

Yep. The coach that shall be named did not look like a world beater that year with the horrible loss at Auburn and that dismal display against that other team that shares the state with Auburn.

What are the only two years in which LSU beat both Georgia & Florida?

ANSWER = 1986 & 1987

(LSU tied Florida in Gainesville in 1953 the week after beating Georgia in Athens.)
