All coaches lie in situations like this. It is part of the business.

A coach will usually just not address it. I’ve never seen a situation where nobody was really talking about this thing, but the head coach keeps addressing it putting out information that turns out he had to have known was false.

Brady left immediately. This deal had to have been done when Coach O was still saying it wasn’t. Again, this wasn’t some huge distraction that needed to be addressed

Nobody lied! The deal in place was if Brady left, it would be for the nfl. Go read it.

But Brady had to have had a deal when O was saying otherwise. It’s not a big deal. It’s just something I found interesting and weird.

agree the deal has been in place. Rhule and brady have the same agent. Imo Brady has been gone since rhule took the panthers job.

He simply stated that they would do everything to keep him and hope to have him next year.

How? Orgeron was the only person keeping this stuff in the news.

I missed those press conferences he called to us discuss Joe Brady. Literally every time he talked about it, it was due to a direct question asked of him by media.

Less than a week ago, Orgeron basically said a deal was all but done to make sure Brady remained at LSU. No one was pressuring him to do this. He absolutely knew at the time that Brady was leaving.

You're either a troll or not very bright (or both).

Yes I’m clearly a troll for saying I thought it was weird how this was handled. Even said it wasn’t a big deal, just thought it was weird. Clearly I’m a troll for this hot take. Idiot.

Ed’s had a list for the past three years preparing for this.

Aranda leaving for a middle level school in a weak P5 conference is the next step on his coaches ladder. Baylor has the potential to excell and springboard him to an upper tier P5 HC position. Failing that, he will make someone a great long term DC. Wish him luck. Thanks for the memories.

Now Brady is not normal. He’s never Coordinated for anybody. He’s not ready, and the Panthers are throwing a desperation Hail Mary. Now I’ve seen the Hail Mary kill the Saints multiple times. I could be wrong and they could be screwed.

Hope not. Go Saints.

Anybody with a half a brain knew Brady would be gone by the language in the contract.
